Japan Ferrotec from China Comtec Solar Systems Group (Comtec Solar Systems Group) has received 150 solar cells with silicon ingot furnace orders. Will be delivered during 2010 to 2011.
Comtec Solar Energy Systems Group is engaged in solar cell using single crystal silicon ingot and wafer design and manufacturing business. The company is Ferrotec’s major clients, Ferrotec had produced about 600 single crystal silicon ingot furnaces have 120 available to the company. Comtec additional orders may be due to the impact of the financial crisis, the stalled solar cell market, “there signs of recovery” (Ferrotec).
Ferrotec said the solar cell market started to recover reason is that market demand in Europe to restore the same time, new markets such as China’s growing demand. The company said solar cell makers completed the inventory adjustment, production and capacity utilization has been restored, so the business from the Chinese manufacturers continue to increase.
